10/10 would come back and stay longer! Great location in DC. Beds are like sleeping on a cloud!

10/10 from beginning to end. Room was even better than I anticipated. I had a tub in my bathroom and a balcony! The hotel is gorgeous with great art, ambiance and seating areas in the lobby. Restaurant made a delicious espresso martini. Happy hour oysters were also a 10/10 ! This was my first time staying here. Marcus checked me in and made sure I was set up for a great stay! Difficult, frustrating check-in with indifferent, unknowledgeable receptionist; no manager available to help out. I indicated this on hotel follow-up email - they responded immediately, compensated me for the restaurant vouchers the receptionist intentionally did not give me (part of the amenity fee), but more importantly addressed the problems and indicated they will fix them. We checked in this evening - Marcus at the front desk set us up for success with great recommendations & Roberto in the Ellington makes an amazing drink. This has been such a great experience. Everything is clean and well maintained. So happy we chose this hotel!...

When we got to the Valet line we were immediately greeted by Marco who was extremely polite and helpful in getting us through the hectic traffic into the hotel lobby. We were then handed off to he concierge staff Marcus and Marcell. The two of them were super friendly and gave us all the insider information on where to go and how to get around the city. New favorite hotel in DC - The customer service was exceptional! Daisha especially was very inviting, friendly, and really helpful. She accommodated my request as much as she could and kept constant communication with me about early check in. She was so nice and very patient with me. The rooms are nice, clean and so spacious!
